Please follow these steps BEFORE contacting us if your file did not download correctly.

  1. Confirm that you have at least 5 GB of free space on your computer hard drive.
  2. DO NOT use any download managers or accelerators. They will not work with our system.
     
  3. Confirm that you have a fast and RELIABLE internet connection (coffee shops, book stores, or stolen wireless from a neighbor usually don't work because the file size of the video is too large). If you are using a wireless connection, try plugging directly to the modem if possible as this will almost always be a faster connection.
  4. If you think that you downloaded the entire file but your computer won't play the video, confirm that the file size you have matches what we say the file size should be on the product detail page.

If you have addressed the issues above and still are unable to complete your download please send an email to the address below requesting that we reissue your link. Please be sure to include the name of the video as well as your order number. In most cases we are able to send a new link within 24 hours or sooner.
